Indiana 1929


This record at least 80 years old The Swing masters during the 1920s to early thirties seems to have developed the skills that would make them the Big band leaders after leaving the bigger 1920s dance bands started to fall out of popularity. This was true especially after the crash of 1929. The Smaller groups let them have more time for solos and other hot styles of playing. The records I have from this period show the transition from this record to the smooth big band sound that started around 1936. As always leave comment s and suggestions.
